With over a decade of professional experience performing, recording, and producing music, Karl Lungmus is a music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and audio engineer dedicated to helping artists bring their songs to life.

 

After studying Commercial Guitar with an emphasis in Songwriting at Belmont University in Nashville, he immersed himself in the city’s music scene, building a career both on stage and in the studio.

For the past 10 years, Karl has performed live and recorded extensively as both a drummer and guitarist in studios across Nashville, specializing in a variety of genres, while also touring throughout the United States with different bands. This hands-on experience as a working musician gives him a deep understanding of what artists need to feel comfortable, creative, and confident during the recording process.

In addition to his work as a performer, Karl has developed extensive experience in live recording, mixing, and mastering, which gives him expertise in bringing projects from the earliest songwriting stages all the way to a polished final release. His production style focuses on capturing authentic performances while shaping a sound that serves the song.
